PRODEX is a product and brand of EVALIX, the company that develops and operates the service ("EVALIX", "we", "us", "the Company"). This policy explains what information PRODEX collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PRODEX you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account & profile: name, email, organization, role, and authentication details.
• Work content you create: projects, tasks, Pulse items, notes, files, comments, and related metadata.
• Usage & device data: log data, actions taken, and basic technical information used to operate and secure the service.
• Integration data: when you connect a tool (e.g. Slack, Make, calendar, email), we process the data needed to provide that integration.

2. How we use it

• To provide and maintain the service and your workspace.
• To power features including the Dexie AI assistant (summaries, drafting, and actions you request).
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• To communicate with you about the service.

3. The Dexie AI assistant

Dexie processes the content you share with it to generate responses and perform actions you request, scoped to your permissions. We do not use your private content to train third-party foundation models for other customers.

4. Integrations & access tokens

When you connect an external tool, any credential you provide (such as a Personal Access Token) is stored securely and used only to operate that integration on your behalf. Tokens are scoped to your permissions and can be revoked at any time in Settings → API Tokens, which immediately ends access.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers who host and operate PRODEX under confidentiality obligations; (b) integrations you explicitly connect; and (c) where required by law. Within your organization, access is governed by your roles and permissions.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete content within the app; on account closure we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and signed integration deliveries. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these, contact us at the address below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app.
