Terms of Service

PRODEX is a product and brand of EVALIX, the company that develops and operates the service ("EVALIX", "we", "us", "the Company"). These Terms govern your use of PRODEX. By creating an account or using PRODEX, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PRODEX provides project and task management, a personal Pulse, the Dexie AI assistant, reporting, and integrations. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and the activity under your account. Keep your password and access tokens confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use PRODEX to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't upload malicious code or content you have no right to share.

4. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the content you create in PRODEX. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy.

5. Integrations & API

PRODEX offers an API, webhooks, and connections to third-party tools (e.g. Slack, Make, calendars, email). Your use of a third party is also subject to that provider's terms. Access tokens you generate act on your behalf within your permissions and can be revoked at any time.

6. AI features

Dexie generates suggestions, summaries, and actions based on your input. AI output can be imperfect — review important results before relying on them. You are responsible for actions you confirm.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimers

PRODEX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVALIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using PRODEX at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
